The Stride Technology teams have established a monthly maintenance and outage window schedule bringing the following benefits:
• Ensures the ongoing health of the systems and applications used by internal teams, schools, families and students
• A consistent monthly schedule
• Allows national teams, school staff, families and students to prepare and plan around these windows

Outage Length: At least 6 hours, and up to 8 hours total
Start Time: 2:00am CST
Target Completion: between 8:00am - 11:00am CST (depending on the length of the outage)
Details of Systems Impacted: One week prior to the planned window, additional details will be provided including the systems, type of maintenance and target completion times.
