Melissa Smith is a School Psychologist, working for OVCA and ISOK since 2018 with a total of 20 years in Education. She has a Master of Science in School Psychology & Educational Counseling from National University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Diego. Previously she worked for Presence Learning, OKC Public Schools, Solana Beach School District, San Marcos Unified, North County Lifeline, and Stein Education Center.
