Student Records

 
Student records are maintained at the school office. The Learning Coach and/or Parent/Legal Guardian may contact the school office to obtain a copy of student records. A copying fee may be assessed.
 
If the Learning Coach or Parent/Legal Guardian changes their telephone number, e-mail address, or place of employment, they are asked to notify their Community Family Advisor immediately.
 
Learning Coaches are responsible for keeping contact information current within the “My Account” section of the Online School (OLS). Learning Coaches are unable to update their address in the OLS. To update your address, please contact the registrar. A new proof of residence will be required.
